Support pack purchase terms

The seller is an individual resident in República Dominicana. Name: Pending: it will be published before packs are sold.

Email for orders, issues, cancellations and refunds: Pending: it will be published before packs are sold.

A support pack (I — Collaborator, II — Sponsor or III — Founder) with the benefits shown on its card at the time of purchase. Each purchase records the pack version, price, currency and the list of included benefits.

Only packs whose benefits are defined and available are sold. Benefits marked “pending implementation” or “pending review” are not part of any purchase.

It is a purchase with something in return, not a donation or a voluntary contribution. To support without receiving anything, use the voluntary contribution.

“Founder” is a support category: it does not imply any shareholding, ownership, return or decision-making power over DEILIORA.

Price, currency and applicable taxes will be shown before paying. One-time payment: no subscription, no automatic renewal and no stacking of purchases to move up a level.

The duration of each benefit will be shown on the pack card before buying. No benefit is promised as “permanent” or indefinite.

A payment confirmed by the provider does not mean the benefits have been delivered: the purchase has a payment status and a delivery status, both shown on your receipt.

Reflection period: delivery will not start before 3 business days after payment confirmation, during which you may cancel the purchase (Law 358-05, art. 62 f).

How and when each benefit is delivered: Pending: it will be published before packs are sold. There is currently no automatic integration with any Minecraft server or with Discord; delivery will be manual and only the strictly necessary detail (for example, your username) will be requested once the procedure is defined.

Each benefit is delivered only once and the delivery is recorded.

You may cancel at no cost during the reflection period, before delivery; the amount will be refunded through the payment provider.

Trial period: after delivery you have at least 7 business days to request a return or suspension of the service (Law 358-05, art. 62 g). Complaints, returns and exchanges can be made through the same channel as the purchase, at the seller’s cost (art. 62 d).

If a benefit is not delivered, does not match its description or stops before its duration, you may claim delivery or a proportional refund.

If a refund or chargeback occurs, delivered benefits will be withdrawn.

These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law or the payment provider’s complaint procedures.

No benefit will give a competitive in-game advantage. No capes or cape-like cosmetics are sold. The DEILIORA mod does not check out-of-game purchases to unlock content (Minecraft Usage Guidelines).

The data sections of the contribution terms apply (same payment and receipt system), plus the delivery record (which benefit, when, and a note without personal data). Data needed to deliver benefits will only be requested once the procedure exists, with the corresponding information.

You must have legal capacity to buy. If you are a minor, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission. The payment provider may require you to be an adult.

You will receive a purchase receipt with reference, pack, version, price, included benefits and delivery status. It is not a tax invoice.
